AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The State Parks Designation Act is amended by
changing Section 6 as follows:
(20 ILCS 840/6) (from Ch. 105, par. 468k-1)
Sec. 6. The The following described areas are designated
State Recreational Areas and shall have the names ascribed to
them in this Section:
Parklands Recreational Area, in Tazewell County.
