1 AN ACT concerning civil law.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. "An Act concerning civil law", approved August
522, 2005, Public Act 94-653, is amended by changing Section 5
6as follows:
7 (P.A. 94-653, Sec. 5)
8 Sec. 5. The Illinois Department of Human Services is
9hereby authorized to grant and convey a permanent conservation
10easement to the Illinois Department of Natural Resources or to
11the Chicago Park District on a parcel containing 30 acres,
12more or less, that is located in Section 18, Township 40 North,
13Range 13 East of the third principal meridian, Cook County,
14Illinois, situated to the West and South of the Chicago Read
15Mental Health Center, for the purpose of preserving and
16protecting the wetlands and forested area for the benefit of
17the patients of the facility, the community, and the general
18public, this 30-acre parcel being more particularly described
19under Section 10 of this Act.

21 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
