| 1 | AN ACT concerning civil law.

| 2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | Section 5. The Registered Titles (Torrens) Act is amended | ||||||
| 5 | by changing Section 110.3 as follows:

| 6 | (765 ILCS 35/110.3) (from Ch. 30, par. 148.3)

| 7 | Sec. 110.3. This Act is repealed on January 1, 2014 July 1, | ||||||
| 8 | 2037. | ||||||
