Bill Title: Amends the Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Act. Repeals a provision that requires the Department of Human Services to enter into contracts with public or private agencies for the establishment and continued support of resource, training and counseling centers, which shall be known as Lekoteks, for families with children with special needs. Effective immediately.
