Bill Title: Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that, in each fiscal year (instead of Fiscal Year 2013 only), the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity shall require that any convention and tourism bureau receiving a grant under this Section that requires matching funds shall provide matching funds equal to no less than 50% of the grant amount. Effective immediately.

AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1910
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1910, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
2, on page 11, in line 17, before "and", by inserting "any
person who is a State employee under the jurisdiction of the
Office of the Comptroller who holds the position of Public
Service Administrator,"; and
on page 12, in lines 21 and 22, by changing "who holds the
position of Public Service Administrator or" to "who holds the
position of Public Service Administrator or"; and
on page 21, in line 9, by changing "Comptroller," to
"Comptroller,".
