AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Department on Aging Law of the Civil
Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by changing Section
110-1 as follows:
(20 ILCS 110/110-1)
Sec. 110-1. Article short title. This Article 110 of the
the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois may be cited as the
Department on Aging Law.
