| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2999

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2999 by replacing | ||||||
| 3 | everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| 4 | "Section 5. The State Parks Designation Act is amended by | ||||||
| 5 | changing Section 5 and by adding Section 3.4 as follows:
| ||||||
| 6 | (20 ILCS 840/3.4 new) | ||||||
| 7 | Sec. 3.4. State habitat areas. The following described | ||||||
| 8 | areas are designated State Habitat Areas and shall have the | ||||||
| 9 | names ascribed to them in this Section: | ||||||
| 10 | Larry D. Closson State Habitat Area, in Douglas County.
| ||||||

| 12 | Sec. 5.
All State Parks, State Memorials, Parkways, State | ||||||
| 13 | Boating Access Areas,

| 15 | Wildlife Areas, State Trails, and State Conservation Areas | ||||||
