SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Authorizes the Director of Natural Resources to convey the described parcel in Will County to the Forest Preserve District of Will County. Effective immediately.

1 AN ACT concerning property.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $1.00, to the
5Department of Natural Resources, and subject to the conditions
6set forth in Section 10 of this Act, the Director of the
7Department of Natural Resources is authorized to convey by
8quitclaim deed all right, title, and interest in and to the
9following described parcel of land in Will County, Illinois to
10the Forest Preserve District of Will County:
11 Part of Lot 9 in the original subdivision of the Northeast
12 Quarter of Section 11, Township 34 North, Range 13 East of
13 the Third Principal Meridian, described as follows:
14 Beginning at the Southwest corner of the East Half of the
15 Northeast Quarter of said Section 11, said Southwest
16 corner also being the Southwest corner of a 42.067 acre
17 tract of land conveyed to the State of Illinois,
18 Department of Conservation by Warranty Deed dated July 3,
19 1975, and recorded July 10, 1975, as Document No.
20 R75-17163, said 42.067 acre tract being identified as
21 Parcel A in said Warranty Deed; thence South 89 degrees 48
22 minutes 50 seconds East along the South line of the

1 Northeast Quarter of said Section 11 and the Southerly
2 boundary of said 42.067 acre tract, a distance of 132.00
3 feet to an iron pipe for the Point of Beginning; thence
4 from the Point of Beginning, South 89 degrees 48 minutes
5 50 seconds East along the South line of the Northeast
6 Quarter of said Section 11, a distance of 587.00 feet to an
7 iron pipe; thence North 0 degrees 12 minutes 10 seconds
8 West, a distance of 203.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence
9 South 89 degrees 48 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of
10 439.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 11 degrees 00
11 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 92.00 feet to an
12 iron pipe; thence North 58 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds
13 East, a distance of 113.00 feet to an iron pipe set at the
14 point of intersection with the Southerly boundary of said
15 42.067 acre tract; thence North 34 degrees 57 minutes 30
16 seconds West along the boundary of said 42.067 acre tract,
17 a distance of 455.28 feet; thence North 89 degrees 48
18 minutes 50 seconds West along the boundary of said 42.067
19 acre tract, a distance of 880.00 feet; thence South 0
20 degrees 12 minutes 10 seconds East along the boundary of
21 said 42.067 acre tract, a distance of 544.31 feet to the
22 Point of Beginning, containing 10.707 acres, more or less.
23 Situated in the County of Will, in the State of Illinois.
24 Section 10. The conveyances of real property authorized by

1Section 1 shall be made subject to: (1) existing public
2utilities, existing public roads, and any and all
3reservations, easements, encumbrances, covenants and
4restrictions of record; and (2) the express condition that if
5said real property ceases to be used for public purposes, it
6shall revert to the State of Illinois, Department of Natural
7Resources.
8 Section 15. The Director of Natural Resources shall obtain
9a certified copy of the portions of this Act containing the
10title, the enacting clause, the effective date, the
11appropriate Section containing the land description of the
12property to be conveyed, and this Section within 60 days after
13its effective date and, upon receipt of the payment required
14by the Section, shall record the certified document in the
15Recorder's Office in the County in which the land is located.
