Bill Title: Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Provides that, beginning on January 1, 2025, landfills in counties with a population over 250,000 (rather than landfills in counties with a population over 275,000) shall provide and operate facilities to clean the wheels and undercarriages of vehicles departing the landfill.
