| 1 | AN ACT concerning health.
| ||||||
| 2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||||
| 3 | represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||||
| 4 | Section 5. The Mental Health and Developmental | ||||||
| 5 | Disabilities Code is amended by changing Section 1-104 as | ||||||
| 6 | follows:
| ||||||
| 7 | (405 ILCS 5/1-104) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 1-104)
| ||||||
| 8 | Sec. 1-104.
"Facility director" means the chief officer of | ||||||
| 9 | a mental
health or developmental disabilities facility or his | ||||||
| 10 | designee or the supervisor
of a program of treatment or | ||||||
| 11 | habilitation, or his designee. Designee may
include a | ||||||
| 12 | physician, clinical psychologist, social worker, clinical | ||||||
| 13 | professional counselor, or nurse.
