| 1 | SENATE RESOLUTION
| ||||||
| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Officer Thomas Gesiorski, who passed away | ||||||
| 4 | December 26, 1977; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Officer Gesiorski was employed by the Chicago | ||||||
| 6 | Police Department, where he served faithfully; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Officer Gesiorski dedicated and gave his life to | ||||||
| 8 | protecting and serving the people of Illinois; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 9 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 10 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | ||||||
| 11 | his family and friends, the passing of Officer Thomas | ||||||
| 12 | Gesiorski; and be it further
| ||||||
| 13 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 14 | presented to the family of Officer Gesiorski as an expression | ||||||
| 15 | of our sympathy.
