Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Repeals Sections providing authority to municipalities and counties to use automated traffic law enforcement systems at intersections and in school or park safety zones, in which cameras are used to photograph or video record a motor vehicle's violation of a stop, yield, or speed requirement. Denies home rule powers. Makes conforming and other technical changes. Effective immediately.
