Bill Title: Amends the Nursing Home Care Act. Changes the definition of "affiliate" and adds definitions of "affected party" and "controlling entity". Adds items that must be contained in an application for a license under the Act. Provides that in determining whether to grant or renew a license, the Department of Public Health shall consider the record of the applicant and others. Provides for a public hearing in connection with a license application. Authorizes the Director of Public Health to impose conditions on probationary or other licenses. Makes changes concerning a transfer of ownership, denial of a license application, and other matters. Effective immediately.
