Bill Title: Amends the Eminent Domain Act concerning quick-take procedures. Provides that at any time after the plaintiff has taken possession of the property, but no later than 2 years after the plaintiff has taken possession of the property, the court shall notify the interested parties of their right to apply for authority to withdraw any just compensation due to them.
