Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that a municipality that uses an automated railroad grade crossing enforcement system, automated speed enforcement system, or automated traffic law enforcement system must share any data collected by the system or systems with the Illinois State Police or a municipal law enforcement agency upon the request of the Illinois State Police or municipal law enforcement agency. Provides that a municipality may not enter into, modify, or extend a contract that would prohibit the release of the information. Limits the concurrent exercise of home rule powers.
