Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that a portion of the net revenue realized from the tax imposed on motor vehicles shall be deposited into the Road Fund. Effective immediately.
