Bill Title: Amends the Election Code. Provides that the a voter who has been issued an absentee ballot may vote in person without surrendering the absentee ballot if the voter submits an affidavit executed before the election judges specifying that the voter received the absentee ballot but did not submit the ballot to the election authority. Effective immediately.
