Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that the waiting period before which a firearm may be delivered after application for its purchase has been made does not apply to the sale of a firearm to the holder of a Curios and Relics license from the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Effective immediately.
