Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that, on and after July 1, 2020, the amount of the vendor's discount shall be 1% (currently, 1.75%). Effective immediately.
