Bill Title: Amends the Unemployment Insurance Act. Provides that an individual shall not be deemed unavailable for work when he or she is a part-time student enrolled in an institution of higher education. Provides that "part-time student" means an individual enrolled in less than 8 credit hours per academic semester.
