Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Insurance Code and the Illinois Public Aid Code. In provisions concerning coverage for amino acid-based elemental formulas, provides coverage for the diagnosis and treatment of milk protein allergies and intolerances when the prescribing physician has issued a written order stating that the amino acid-based elemental formula is medically necessary.
