Bill Title: Amends the General Not For Profit Corporation Act of 1986, the Limited Liability Company Act, the Uniform Partnership Act (1997), and the Uniform Limited Partnership Act (2001). Changes various filing fees and authorizes additional filings and fees. Provides for the electronic filing of documents and reports. Establishes procedures for reinstatement of limited liability partnership status. Provides the manner for resignation as agent for service of process and the method of service. Revises the manner by which administrative dissolution, revocation, and reinstatement is accomplished. Effective immediately.
