Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the fire chief of a municipal fire department or fire protection district shall be provided notice 7 days prior to the temporary closure of any railroad crossing for the reconstruction, alteration, relocation, maintenance, or improvement of any crossing (including the necessary highway approaches thereto) of any railroad across any highway or public road within the jurisdiction of the municipal fire department or fire protection district. Effective immediately.
