Bill Title: Amends the School Breakfast and Lunch Program Act. Requires a school board (including the board of a private school) that (1) completes a nutritional analysis of traditional or enhanced food-based menu plans as part of the State review process, (2) provides its meals under a nutrient-based menu plan, or (3) uses software that calculates the nutritional content of foods or menus to publish the school lunch menu and the nutrition content, including calories, of each meal item. Provides that all other school boards are strongly encouraged to publish the school lunch menu and the nutrition content, including calories, of each meal item. Provides that a school board may determine the frequency and manner of publication. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately.
