Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act and the Economic Development for a Growing Economy Tax Credit Act. Authorizes taxpayers to sell, assign, or transfer credits awarded under the Economic Development for a Growing Economy Tax Credit Act. Provides that credits awarded under the Economic Development for a Growing Economy Tax Credit Act may also be taken against privilege and retaliatory taxes paid under the Illinois Insurance Code. Amends the Illinois Insurance Code to make conforming changes. Effective immediately.
