Bill Title: Amends the Bingo License and Tax Act. Allows for units of local governments to conduct bingo without a license or fee under specified conditions. Increases the maximum aggregate retail value of all prizes or merchandise awarded in any one game of bingo conducted by a senior citizens organization or a unit of local government from $5 to $10. Effective immediately.
