Bill Title: Amends the State Finance Act. In a Section providing that (i) any new contract, contract renewal, or order against a master contract in the amount of $250,000 or more in a fiscal year or (ii) any contract amendment or change to an existing contract that increases the value of the contract to or by $250,000 or more in a fiscal year shall be signed or approved in writing by the chief executive officer of the agency, the chief legal counsel of the agency, and the chief fiscal officer of the agency, provides that those contracts, orders, and amendments may also be signed by designees of those officers. Effective immediately.
