Bill Title: Amends the General Assembly Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that the provision concerning automatic increases in retirement annuity applicable to eligible participants who remain in service after attaining 20 years of creditable service does not apply to any person who retires after the effective date of the amendatory Act. Contains a nonacceleration provision.
