Summary
Provides that a student who attends a nonaccredited, nonpublic school is eligible for the twenty-first century scholarship if the student receives a score on the SAT or ACT test that is greater than or equal to a score necessary to be considered in the top seventy-fifth percentile of the SAT or ACT test scores of all students who were initially awarded a scholarship in the previous academic year.
