Summary

Voter registration. Permits a voter to register at the polls by completing a voter registration form and an affirmation that the person has not voted elsewhere in the election and by providing proof of residence. Provides that the voter registration period in a general or municipal election continues up until the day before the general or municipal election. (Current law provides that the registration period in a general or municipal election ceases on the twenty-ninth day before a general or municipal election is conducted.)
