Summary

Theft through scheme or artifice. Provides that the crime of theft is a Level 6 felony for a person who: (1) does not have a contractual interest in the dwelling of another person; and (2) executes a scheme or artifice in order to enter the dwelling of another person; for the purpose of committing the crime of theft.
