Summary

Equine dentistry at horse racing tracks. Requires the horse racing commission (commission) to issue a license for certain individuals to provide teeth floating or equine chiropractic care. Provides an exception to the licensing and special permits requirements of veterinary medicine for certain individuals who are licensed by the commission.
