Summary
Workplace COVID-19 immunization. Prohibits an employer from requiring, as a condition of employment, an employee or prospective employee to receive an immunization against COVID-19 if the immunization would pose a significant risk to the employee's or prospective employee's health or if receiving the immunization is against the employee's religious beliefs. Allows for a civil action against an employer for a violation.
