Summary

Establishes the commendation for valor license plate (plate). Specifies that an individual is eligible to receive a plate by: (1) presenting certification to the bureau of motor vehicles from the United States Department of Defense that the individual is the recipient of a medal or commendation for valor while serving in the United States Armed Forces; and (2) paying a certain fee for the plate.
