Summary

Small estates. Increases, from five days to 10 days, the time that must elapse after a decedent's death before title to a vehicle or watercraft may be transferred to a small estate from a person in possession of the assets of the decedent (obligor). Increases, from three days to five days, the amount of time within which an obligor must furnish certain information in response to an affidavit. Prohibits a court clerk from collecting a court costs fee for the filing of a closing statement associated with a small estate. Makes technical corrections.
