Summary

Study of relocation of gambling operations. Requires the Indiana gaming commission (commission) to contract with an independent, qualified gaming industry research firm to conduct a study to identify the top three regions in the state to which a person holding an owner's license for a riverboat could relocate the licensed owner's gaming operations. Requires the commission to present the results of the study to the legislative council not later than September 1, 2025.
