Removes an outdated list of veterans organizations from the statute authorizing counties, townships, cities, and towns to appropriate money to veterans organizations to defray the expenses of Memorial Day. Makes conforming changes. (The introduced version of this bill was prepared by the commission on military and veterans affairs.)
