Summary

Aborted fetal body parts research. Provides that the general assembly declares that research on aborted fetal body parts is against public policy. Provides that the state, a state educational institution, or a political subdivision of the state may not use public funds, facilities, or employees to knowingly participate in research on aborted fetal body parts.
