Home improvement supplier registry. Requires the consumer protection division of the office of the attorney general (division) to establish and administer a voluntary home improvement supplier registry to allow persons that: (1) execute at least five home improvement contracts in Indiana in a calendar year; and (2) meet the specified requirements for registration; to register with the division and appear on a listing maintained by the division.
