Summary

Requiring local input for transportation projects. Provides that the Indiana department of transportation (department) may not perform traffic surveys of, engage in planning for, or perform construction, reconstruction, improvement, maintenance, or repair to an intersection until the department has received input and approval from the legislative body of the unit that has control over the intersection.
