Summary

Exempts a vendor of the state fair commission that sells beer: (1) on the state fairgrounds; and (2) during the period of the Indiana state fair; from the statute prohibiting the issuance of temporary beer permits for a place where a 4-H club exhibit is located. Repeals a provision that prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages at the state fairgrounds during the period of the Indiana state fair.
