Summary

Rehabilitation option counseling services. Provides that for certain Medicaid rehabilitation option services a licensed addiction counselor is a licensed professional. Requires the office of the secretary of family and social services to amend rules to include licensed addiction counselors in the definition of "licensed professional" and to delete licensed addiction counselor from the definition of "other behavioral health professional".
