Bill Title: Health matters. Provides that a law enforcement officer who is exposed to blood or body fluids may request to be included in the list of individuals who are provided with notification concerning exposure to a dangerous communicable disease. Specifies that HEA 1017- 2018 concerning newborn screening takes effect on July 1, 2018, instead of on April 1, 2018.
