Bill Title: Robbery of a pharmacy. Makes it robbery of a pharmacy, a Level 4 felony, for a person to knowingly or intentionally take a controlled substance from a pharmacy: (1) by using force against or threatening the use of force against; or (2) by putting in fear; a person who is located on the premises of the pharmacy. Enhances the offense to: (1) a Level 3 felony if it is committed while armed with a deadly weapon or results in bodily injury to any person other than a defendant; and (2) a Level 2 felony if it results in serious bodily
