Bill Title: Naloxone. Provides that probable cause to issue a warrant for a blood test exists if: (1) a person is revived after administration of an overdose intervention drug; and (2) certain other conditions are met. Specifies that a person revived by means of an overdose intervention drug and who meets certain other qualifications: (1) has the right to pretrial diversion and participation in an addiction treatment program; and (2) shall be issued a summons instead of being arrested (if there is no probable cause to believe that the person has committed an offense other than possession of a controlled substance or
