Bill Title: Failure to identify. Provides that a person who knowingly or intentionally refuses to identify himself or herself to a law enforcement officer who has reasonable suspicion to believe that the person has committed, is committing, or is about to commit a crime commits failure to identify, a Class C misdemeanor.
