Bill Title: Reserve officer training. Requires police reserve officers to complete mandatory inservice training: (1) in interacting with persons with mental illness, addictive disorders, mental retardation, autism, developmental disabilities, and Alzheimer's disease or related senile dementia; and (2) concerning human and sexual trafficking and high risk missing persons. Changes the term "mental retardation" to "intellectual disability".
