Bill Title: Certified public accountants. Removes obsolete references to quality review as a condition of renewal of a permit to practice accountancy for a certified public accountant or public accounting firm. Requires a firm to submit a copy of the results of its most recently accepted peer review to the board of accountancy either directly or through the administering entity of the peer review program.
