Bill Title: Penalties for controlled substance offenses. Increases the penalties for the following controlled substance offenses: (1) Dealing in cocaine or a narcotic drug. (2) Dealing in methamphetamine. (3) Dealing in a schedule I, II, III, IV, or V controlled substance. (4) Dealing in a substance represented to be a controlled substance. (5) Dealing in a counterfeit substance. (6) Dealing in marijuana, hash oil, hashish, or salvia. (7) Dealing in a synthetic drug or synthetic drug lookalike substance. Makes conforming amendments.
