Bill Title: Lake County solid waste management district. Provides that the Lake County solid waste management district (district) may not levy a property tax that is first due and payable in 2020 and thereafter, except to the extent necessary to pay the principal and interest on outstanding bonds or other debt obligations after December 31, 2019. Requires the department of local government finance to increase the maximum permissible ad valorem property tax levy in Lake County by an amount equal to the amount of the tax levy imposed by the district in 2019.
